Carmarthen Lake Farms of Simcoe, Ontario comes second that is worth $24 million Canadian ($24.3 million U.S.). The farm estate has six buildings and is the best place for rich, nature lovers. The place is surrounded with amazing gardens and features a lap pool and a terrace leading to a romantic lake that has a sandy beach front.
