Adding More to the Luxury Home

Buying the luxury house may not be enough for the new owner, and may decide to do a bit of improvements. According to a survey, 41% of luxury home buyers are planning to do major renovations on their new homes. Some people may say that they’re devaluating their property but since they’ve bought it and want to make it their own, they usually decide to do this early on.

Listed below are just some of the usual modifications or improvements done on luxury homes:

  • Outdoor living rooms: terra cotta pots, flowers, selected furnitures
  • Outdoor kitchens: kitchen sinks, stoves, cabinetry
  • Pools/Hot Tubs
  • Luxurious porches: covered front and back porches, wrap around porches, screen porches and sunrooms, and breezeways
  • Courtyards and Piazzas: fountains
