One of the competitions that Scottsdale hosts, the FBR Open Golf Tournament, is the best attended event on the PGA tour. This is held at the Tournament Players Club, which also happens to be a resort community. The Phoenix Open is the largest spectator golf event on the world.
Needless to say, with all the spectators flooding the area, and all the world class golfing heroes here, there is world class shopping to go with it. There is also world class entertainment, art festivals, tip-top restaurants, bars, night clubs, art galleries, and endless recreational choices.
With warm days and comfortably cool nights, the dry climate is perfect for almost anything you choose to do. In summer, temperatures average around eighty degrees Fahrenheit and in winter they average around 65 degrees Fahrenheit. However, extremes have been recorded in both seasons. The climate is a dry one, meaning that creaking lungs and aching bones will suddenly feel younger here!
You can choose from more intimate golf resorts to large ones offering thousands of acres of exclusive scenery, first class tennis courts, gourmet cuisine or a choice of several clubhouses. One resort offers a whopping eleven restaurants to choose from. Just to make sure you do not get bored, one golfing resort community even offers a choice of four different golf courses.
There are equally as many great choices of homes, from single family homes to luxurious pads custom styled by architects. There are also condominiums and town homes available. Prices can range from $400k to $2,000,000.
Of course, living on a golf course does not mean you are restricted to that area; you can still feel free to try out other courses. Scottsdale is continually ranked as one of the premier golf destinations in the world. Many golf courses in Scottsdale are world class standard and attract all the famous International golfers to their competitions.
When people are looking for a luxury home to purchase, a wine cellar could be the deciding factor for them. Having one in your home is always a plus. I once knew a mature couple looking for a home near their place of business, and after looking at many up-scale homes in their area, they chose the one with the temperature-controlled wine room.
Those who love wine and have a bit of space somewhere in their home should consider a wine cellar. Wine cellars are great for show, but more importantly, the best way to store your tasty hobby close by.
Your wine asset management can be handled quite nicely with the inclusion of a wine cellar in your home. Many high-end homes are now being outfitted with wine cellars which maintain a constant temperature between 50 and 60 degrees and incorporate appropriate shelving or racks. Some considerations regarding the storage room or cellar are temperature control, humidity control, how long your wines are going to be stored, security measures, and if you are considering moving any time soon. Wine rooms or cellars can be installed during the building process, and can range in style from glass fronted rooms, to coves with faux rock walls resembling caves.

The cost of renting a home for some individuals is now less expensive than purchasing one in crowded states like New York, San Francisco and Honolulu.
In Los Angeles, Washington and Seattle, housing markets comes to the point wherein renting a room is much more considered due to its low cost compared to owning one.
The latest calculations agreed to these reports though according to number of recent articles, it is still up to the person if he decides to rent or own one. It actually depends on ones financial standing (are they capable of paying the rent or the tax?) and their preferences (personal and lifestyle).
